All payments are processed offline by telephone for peace of mind and security. Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard), Direct Deposit and Cheque are all acceptable payment methods. A 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
A Sales Confirmation will be sent after processing your order (within trading hours) and will display all items ordered and shipping costs. If this Sales Confirmation is incorrect please notify us immediately.
A Tax Invoice of your order will be emailed to you once your order is ready to ship. If you do not have a credit account with QPF Australia, payment will be required before shipping your order. Payment options are listed on the Tax Invoice.
·Credit Card - Visa or Mastercard Only. Please phone 07 3177 1085 with your credit card details. A copy of your eftpos receipt will be emailed to you.
·Cheque - Please make cheques payable to QPF Australia and send along with a copy the Tax Invoice number or remittance advise to PO Box 325, Buddina Qld 4575. Your order will be shipped once your cheque has cleared.
·Direct Deposit - BSB and account details will be displayed on the Tax Invoice. Your order will be shipped once your payment has cleared. To speed up the process please notify us of your Fund Tranfer by phone, fax or email.

Delivery
QPF Australia deliver Australia wide. For standard delivery we charge a flate-rate delivery fee of $16 ex GST per order per delivery point, regardless of how many items you purchase in a single transaction. Please note this does not cover some large and bulky items such as office furniture.
Toll Ipec is our preferred courier. The shipping method and consignment note number will be displayed on the final Tax Invoice after payment is received.

Unfortuantely all orders dispatched by courier cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Alternatively we are happy to ship freight using your preferred courier on your freight account. There is no charge for this service.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. Please note a 15% restocking fee applies if the return is due to a change of mind or incorrectly ordered. QPF Australia will arrange the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact us immediately be phone 07 3177 1085 or email for a Return Authorisation number. This RA number must be clearly displayed on returned items.
You should expect to receive your credit within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item ordered online, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
